The current pandemic has a significant impact on transactions between affiliated entities. Deadlines for taxpayers’ obligations related to submitting declarations of the local file preparation and information on transfer prices remain effective, i.e. they fall on 30 September 2020. COVID-19: Anti-crisis shield 2.0. (Financial shield)

The Polish government has presented another version of the anti-crisis programme, the so-called Shield 2.0. The aid will be offered to companies ranging from micro-enterprises to large companies, and the total value of the aid amounts to PLN 100 bn (including PLN 25 bn exclusively for large companies). COVID-19: Anti-crisis shield 1.1.

This week, the Polish government presented a list of propositions under the Anti-crisis shield, the so-called Shield 1.1.
