During the SARS-cov-19 pandemic, financial liquidity has become one of the main concerns of businesses. It may be negatively affected (especially in a short-term perspective) by the split payment mechanism and, consequently, freezing considerable amounts on VAT bank accounts.
If the solutions introduced under the so-called anti-crisis shield are insufficient, our RSM Poland Tax Department is offering its Clients a swift and competent support in submitting applications for releasing funds accumulated on VAT accounts.
Transferring funds from the VAT account to a current account is possible at the taxpayer’s request within the maximum period of 60 days. Our experts will collect all necessary data and verify if you fulfil the requirements enabling you to apply for the refund, and prepare on your behalf the relevant application to be submitted to the tax office – together with the request for its prompt granting.
Should you be interested in the service – please contact our tax advisor, Katarzyna Sadowska (email@example.com), who will take care of your case swiftly and effectively.
We wish you good health!
