Requirements for receiving funding

Lower Silesian Voivodeship

Overview:

  • maximum funding per an organisation: PLN 25,000.00;
  • maximum funding for the participation of one employee in one service: PLN 5,000.00;
  • funding distribution: reimbursement of expenditure with a stand-by arrangement;
  • funding level dependant on the size of the company: 70% for micro- and small companies and 50% for middle-sized companies.

Preferential level of funding is:

  • 60% for the white and green sector entrepreneurs and their employees (find more information on the green sector here);
  • 70% for the smart specialisation sector companies (chemistry and pharmaceutical, special mobility, high-quality food, mineral resources and recycled materials, machine and equipment manufacture, material working, ICT, growth companies)
  • 80% for the development services granting qualifications or validation (Integrated Framework of Qualifications bill) when 50% of applicants are disabled and/or above the age of 50and/or low-qualified.

    • white jobs[1] – positions and/or activities taken in: therapeutics and healthcare (e.g., treatments, hospital and outpatient care, as well as, rehabilitation), pharmaceuticals, medical care units (e.g., nurseries, hospices, daily nursing homes, daily rehabilitation care homes and non-governmental organisations) and in paramedic services (road, mountain and water rescue), as well as, in the medical industry (products and services).
    • silver economy[2] – economic system targeted at using the potential of the elderly and taking their needs into account.
    • Green jobs – The European Commission defines any jobs as green that are dependent on the natural environment or have been created, altered or transformed (in terms of qualifications, work methods and job profile greening etc.) in the process of moving towards more green economy. Usually these jobs are considered to be directly connected to: the environmental protection areas; sectors including: air, soil, water and landscape protection, waste management and wastewater purification.
