The RSM Women in Leadership Summit is a new regular event initiated by the RSM global network of independent consultancy companies under a programme for promoting diversity and eliminating discrimination through active inclusion. The first meeting, focusing on the topic of mentoring, will be held on 14 July.
Taking action for equal opportunities on the labour market is one of the main goals of the RSM network. This can be evidenced, among others, by the fact that the concern for preventing exclusion was high on the agenda of the meeting of European partners during 2021 RSM Europe Regional Conference.
The RSM Women in Leadership Summit online events are going to be held quarterly and are available for RSM staff regardless of their gender in order to effectively integrate individuals from all over the world and build foundations for working together as partners. The first topic covered will be “Mentoring and Feedback”, where Candice EATON-GAUL (Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader) will speak with Jean STEPHENS (CEO of RSM International), Rhonda KLOSLER (Chief Operating Officer of RSM Canada) and Susana MARTINEZ SEPTIEN (Partner at RSM Mexico).
These highly qualified and successful professionals will share their experiences in mentoring and tell you how to use the feedback you receive at work to grow, boost your competences and retrain. We hope that this meeting will inspire women from all over the world to take up new challenges, make bold decisions in their private and work life and it will help them gain self-confidence needed to break away from stereotypes and set new standards.
