Out of concern for the development and education of youth wanting to be professionally involved in accounting, financial audits and tax and transaction advisory, RSM Poland became a partner of the “Accounting Worth Knowing” conference organised by the students of the Poznań University of Economics.
On 13 May, during a meeting organised by the KONTO Accounting Student Research Club, Marcin KAWKA, Audit Partner at RSM Poland, is going to hold a team quiz to test the knowledge of participants from all over Poland. A nearly hour-long “Accounting: theory vs. practice” competition will allow our expert to find out how well students of the best Polish universities handle finance and accounting and thus select the three best two-person teams that are going to receive prizes donated by our company, on top of gadgets given to every team.
We are delighted that in being a partner of the ”Accounting Worth Knowing” National Student Conference, RSM Poland joins organisations such as the National Chamber of Tax Advisors and the Wielkopolska Branch of the Accountants Association in Poland, sharing our practical knowledge of the reality of working in the finance sector and supporting ambitious and talented young people at the onset of their professional career. Despite the fact that this year’s edition will be held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we hope that next year we will support the organisers with our experience as well, this time in person, meeting the students face to face in Poznań.
