Quoting Ryszard Kapuściński, the author of Travels with Herodotus, we say that “a journey, after all, neither begins in the instant we set out, nor ends when we have reached our door step once again. It starts much earlier and is really never over, because the film of memory continues running on inside of us long after we have come to a physical standstill.”
In the Travelers Club in RSM Poland we aim to preserve the memories from our journeys by sharing impressions form those near and far away trips with our colleagues. We meet every two months. Volunteers share photos from their recent escapades and recall interesting or funny anecdotes. We talk about customs, culture and everything that was worth special attention in the places we visited. Our sessions are enriched with regional music playing in the background and we enjoy sampling local delicacies. As the travelers in our company say – the sky is the limit :) We leave each such meeting richer in knowledge and practical tips which cannot be found even in the best guidebook.
